I can pinch a penny until it begs for mercy.
If I can’t DIY it, I’m not doing it.
Dinner out at fancy restaurants? Forget it.
I love my job, and I can see the difference that I’m making every day.
But money is tight. I really have to work to find the balance between the things I need and the things that I don’t…
The things that are important to me, and the things that aren’t.
Some choices are easy. I’m not going to pay $26 for soap. I don’t care if it contains soy silk, seaweed, or extract of unicorn horn.
And with the money I save, I do something good for myself.
Making smart little decisions like this help me find a good balance. Literally.
