Industry Pain Points
Standing out and creating impact is a primary objective for every brand, and two methods for accomplishing this tend to prevail: omni-channel engagement and experiential marketing. Traditionally, omni-channel has been largely defined as online channels, such as social, search, and display; while experiential marketing - typically defined by virtual and physical channels - has been addressed separately because it is difficult to manage and integrate with more traditional online customer touchpoints. As a result, brands often create unique content and technology experiences that have little longevity or ROI On top of this, modern audiences are increasingly sophisticated. They exist in mixed reality - moving fluidly across physical, digital, and virtual environments and expect brands to seamlessly traverse across these channels as well. They have a plethora of choices and high expectations when it comes to content and privacy. Successful experiences build emotional and resonant connections with audiences so that they can be attracted, converted, and retained. In the future, this must be accomplished via omnipresent, immersive, timely, relevant, and friction-reducing content - in short, experiences must be engaging, personalized, and truly omni-channel. To fully integrate and optimize experiences in digital and physical environments, brands must leverage cutting edge technology solutions that wrangle the complex, disparate software and hardware components required to create omni-channel interactions and connect data across channels. Brands have faced major barriers and headwinds when attempting to create these sorts of future omni-channel experiences, until now…

Britelite’s Work in Experiential Design
Litehouse was created by a team who has spent decades helping brands to create unique and differentiated immersive online, virtual and physical experiences for their customers and employees. Over the years of designing, building, deploying, and maintaining experiences, we've faced real-world problems and requirements again and again when that had no in-market solutions.
Litehouse makes technology-driven experience design accessible to all, enabling users to build emotional and resonant connections with people across digital, virtual and physical realms.
- Litehouse is built by people that understand the nature of experience design and focus just as much on the end audience experience as the Litehouse user experience.
- It orchestrates technologies, teams, and workflows which to date have been disparate and fragmented, and solves for the complexities of technologies and workflows within the platform.
- It interconnects virtually any system or process, but does so in a standardized way that is repeatable.
- Our team embeds expertise within Litehouse’s components and workflows. We accomplish this by analysing the nature of the work of experts.
- Litehouse empowers users to focus on their vision, having confidence that their tools will supplement and expand upon their own capabilities

Litehouse Experience is where true omni-channel experiences come to life. LH Experience allows space designers, architects, and facilities managers to design, manage, and optimize high impact moments of engagement across digital, physical, and virtual channels. Users can deploy content experiences as interactive surfaces within spaces and manage the hardware and software systems tied to those experiences - all from a centralized, cloud-based interface. LH Experience renders and optimizes content on these interactive surfaces in physical spaces as well as their virtual twins, allowing users to experience and interact with content just as they would in the physical world. The LH Experience proprietary Virtual Twin Technology also enhances interactive content by embedding spatial awareness into experiences; allowing content owners and site managers to take advantage of the bleeding edge technologies that respond to behaviors, motives, and interests.

Developing creative content often requires costly custom development work by creative teams and designers working together within a tight timeframe and budget. Lighthouse Create was built specifically to empower creative teams to quickly design and deploy on-brand and professional calibre landing pages, microsites, touch interactives, mobile applications, digital signage, interactive decks, large scale immersive surfaces and more, without the need for custom coding. A combination of a simple web page builder and a high impact experience global content management system, LH Create is a content generator and repository that makes it easy to author and publish omni-channel content experiences through a simple, single interface. Once this content is housed within LH Create, it can be optimized and deployed across online, virtual and physical locations.
Customer insights derived solely from online engagements provide a limited view of the customer or employee journey. Litehouse Insights is built to gather data inputs from physical and virtual engagements in addition to typical online interactions. LH Insights allows organizations to quickly gain actionable insights to adapt content across environments, adjusting content to meet users where they are in the moment. With analytics covering both IRL and digital metrics as well as real-time hardware monitoring, LH Insights ensures all omni-channel content has the maximum possible impact.
